Branch pipes are also called air conditioner branch pipes, branch pipes, multi-split branch pipes, etc. They are used in VRV multi-split air conditioning systems to connect the main unit and multiple terminal devices (evaporators). They are divided into gas pipes and liquid pipes. The diameter of the gas pipe is usually thicker than that of the liquid pipe. Note: Branch pipes cannot be replaced by tees.
Air conditioner branch pipes are equivalent to the three-way joints of water pipes, which are used to divert refrigerants. Multi-split branch pipes are used as accessories to connect several air outlets in series. The selection of branch pipes is determined according to the capacity of the indoor unit connected to each branch pipe.
